1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or ordering through Tretinoin Australia (tretinoinaustralia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our clinical dispensing guidelines.

2. Medical Screening & Regulations

Topical Tretinoin (all-trans retinoic acid) is a Schedule 4 prescription substance in Australia. By completing an assessment or initiating an order, you warrant that:

• All health questionnaire answers provided during checkout are truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You are not currently pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Retinoid therapy is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy.
• Your answers will be evaluated by an authorized medical practitioner. If an order is not approved on clinical grounds, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and include applicable packaging and handling charges.

• Credit / Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express processed securely via TLS encryption.
• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit with your Order ID specified in the payment description.
• PayID: Instant transfer sent to payments@tretinoinaustralia.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following clinical approval.

• Dispatches are sent via registered international express airmail with online courier tracking.
• For bank transfer orders, tracking details are dispatched via email within 6 hours of payment confirmation.
• All parcels are dispatched in unbranded packaging without exterior medicine identification.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and therapeutic stability regulations, opened prescription medicines cannot be returned for change of mind. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@tretinoinaustralia.com within 48 hours of delivery with documentation for a replacement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
